RETURNS

  1. The customer, in accordance with the Law of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, may withdraw from the contract of sale online without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of release of the product (date of receipt of shipment). To meet this deadline it is sufficient to send a statement of return of the product before its expiration  (Template)  The statement should be sent to the address of the Store's warehouse: LAGOM, Dominikańska 21B, 02-738 Warsaw or a scan of the signed statement to the email address: kontakt@lagomwarsaw.com.
  2. The courier parcel should be sent to the address: LAGOM, Dominikańska 21B, 02-738 Warsaw.
  3. The return procedure applies only to products that have the original labeling and do not bear visible traces of expletion.
  4. The product should be returned only in the original box, and the return form should be placed in an envelope or foil package.
  5. Failure to comply with the above instructions will be grounds for disregarding the return of the goods.
  6. The store will refund the payment using the same method of payment used by the customer.
  7. The customer shall bear the direct costs associated with the return of the product.

EXCHANGE

  1. Send us the product exchange form.
  2. Send us the product exchange form  (Template)  to the address: LAGOM, Dominikańska 21B, 02-738 Warsaw or a scan of the signed statement to the email address: kontakt@lagomwarsaw.com.
  3. The customer will bear the direct costs of returning the product, as well as re-shipping.

COMPLAINT

  1. The customer has the right to file a complaint within 1 year from the date of release of the product, provided that he notifies the Store within 2 months from the moment of finding the non-conformity of the goods with the contract. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the notice before its expiration.
  2. To make a product complaint, send the purchased product to the address: LAGOM, Dominikańska 21B, 02-738 Warsaw.
  3. Send us a complaint form  (Template)  to the address: LAGOM, Dominikańska 21B, 02-738 Warsaw or a scan of the signed statement to the email address: kontakt@lagomwarsaw.com.
  4. The time limit for processing the complaint is 14 days. If the Store does not respond to the complaint within this period, it is considered that the Store recognized the complaint as justified.
  5. If the complaint is resolved in favor of the Customer - the Store will repair or replace the advertised product with a full-quality product for the Customer, or, if replacement is not possible, refund the amount due for the advertised product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the defective product from the Customer.
  6. The Customer, in the situation described in item 4., is obliged to return the object of the order in whole or in part to the address of the Store.
  7. The Store will refund the payment using the same method of payment used by the Customer.
  8. Complaints are not subject to: natural wear and tear of the product, mechanical damage, overt defects visible at the time of receipt of the package and not reported immediately after their discovery, discoloration, soaking.
